心窝子分享5种最适合夏天的酸味食材，做法简单还便宜，让你整个夏天清清爽爽，没病没灾！

一、柠檬——百搭的“维C小炮弹”

说到夏天补酸，柠檬绝对是第一名。

别看它酸得让人皱眉，人家可是碱性食物，能平衡咱们夏天吃肉、喝冷饮攒下的酸性体质。每天一杯柠檬水，不光能补充大量维生素C，让皮肤不被大太阳晒伤，还能促进肝脏分泌胆汁，帮你把油腻和毒素排得干干净净。

我的私藏喝法：柠檬切片去籽（去籽就不苦了），加两片薄荷叶、一勺蜂蜜，用40度温水泡。千万别用开水，否则维C全烫死了。早上空腹喝一杯，一整天嗓子都润润的，上厕所也特别顺畅。懒得切的姐妹，可以一次把柠檬切片冻起来，随取随用，方便得很。

二、酸梅（乌梅）——老祖宗的“解暑神汤”

夏天不喝酸梅汤，等于白过了。

酸梅就是烟熏过的乌梅。中医讲“酸甘化阴”，乌梅的酸味能刺激唾液大量分泌，夏天口干舌燥、大汗淋漓的时候，喝一碗酸梅汤，瞬间从嗓子眼凉到胃里，比喝冰水管用多了。因为冰水只是暂时降温，而酸梅汤是让你的身体自己生出津液来解渴。

自己煮也不难：乌梅、山楂、陈皮、甘草、洛神花各抓一小把，加水和冰糖熬半小时，过滤放凉就行。市面上很多酸梅汤粉是用香精调的，喝多了嗓子发腻。你试一次自己煮的，那个层次感——前调是焦香，中调是酸甜，回甘是陈皮的清爽，保管你从此看不上任何饮料。

三、番茄——会“藏水分”的酸甜果

别把番茄当普通蔬菜，它可是夏天补水的神助攻。

番茄里头的柠檬酸和苹果酸，能促进胃液分泌，对付“苦夏没胃口”一绝。更重要的是，番茄红素是强抗氧化剂，夏天紫外线强，吃点番茄等于给皮肤穿了个隐形防晒衣。研究说，每天吃两个熟番茄，晒伤的几率能降低三分之一。

最推荐的做法是糖渍番茄：番茄烫一下去皮，切小块，撒上白糖和一点点盐（盐能提甜，别不信），冷藏一小时。拿出来一口一个，酸甜爆汁，比冰淇淋健康一百倍。大番茄做菜，小番茄当水果，交替着吃，一夏天都不腻。

四、酸奶——会“养菌”的乳酸奶

很多人不知道，夏天最容易缺的不是钙，是好细菌。

天热了肠胃功能弱，容易拉肚子或便秘。酸奶里的乳酸菌能帮你维持肠道菌群平衡，而且乳酸促进钙吸收，夏天出汗多流失的钙，喝酸奶能补回来大半。

挑选有门道：别买那种像饮料一样稀的“风味发酵乳”，糖分太高。要看配料表，生牛乳排第一，而且要有“保加利亚乳杆菌”和“嗜热链球菌”。如果你愿意自己做，用纯牛奶和酸奶引子，电饭煲保温8小时就成，成本低一半，浓稠得像豆腐脑。

我的吃法是：原味酸奶拌上坚果碎和冷冻蓝莓，当早餐或下午茶。既满足了对甜食的渴望，又不会长胖。

五、醋——厨房里的“控糖高手”

最后这个最容易被忽略——醋。

夏天吃饭没胃口？凉拌菜里淋点陈醋或香醋，立马开胃。但醋的好处远不止这些。吃主食前先喝一小勺醋（兑水稀释），或者吃饺子蘸醋，能让米饭、面条里的淀粉变成抗性淀粉，吸收慢，升糖也慢。这对想控糖、控体重的人来说简直是宝藏。
