10月19日，麒盛科技（603610.SH）公告称，公司实际控制人唐国海因股价波动较大，补充质押公司股份150万股，质权人为浙商证券（601878.SH），质押起始日为2026年10月16日，到期日为2027年6月17日。本次质押后，唐国海累计质押股份900万股，占其直接持股的15.42%，占公司总股本的2.55%。唐国海及其一致行动人智海投资、唐颖合计持股占公司总股本39.74%，本次质押后累计质押股份1800万股，占其持股总数的12.83%，占公司总股本的5.10%。
