10月20日14时44分，海南海口市气象台发布暴雨橙色预警信号：受对流云团影响，演丰镇过去1小时降雨量已达79.1毫米，预计未来3小时，海口市市区、灵山镇、演丰镇、三江镇、海口湾、东寨港湾仍将有10至35毫米降水，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。
