【泽璟制药：收到艾伯维1000万美元里程碑付款】财联社10月20日电，泽璟制药(688266.SH)公告称，公司于2025年12月30日与艾伯维就ZG006达成全球战略合作与许可选择权协议。根据协议，艾伯维获得ZG006在大中华区以外地区的独家开发与商业化权利，公司保留大中华区权利。公司已收到艾伯维支付的1亿美元首付款，并于近日收到基于临床试验进展支付的1000万美元近期里程碑付款。
