10月20日，特朗普公布美方一项2500万美元的奖励计划，鼓励公众举报联邦政府中涉嫌欺诈、腐败的行为。按照白宫说法，提供线索并最终促成定罪的举报人有资格获得最高3万美元的奖励。但特朗普称，除此之外，如果涉案资金能追回，还将按涉案金额的1%向举报人支付奖金。
