10月21日，爱旭股份（600732）发布公告，公司计划将天津基地现有PERC电池产能升级改造为6GW ABC电池产能，总投资金额为11.5亿元。
项目预计将在2026年四季度启动，并于2027年三季度逐步投产。资金来源将通过自有资金、金融机构融资及产业生态合作等多种方式筹措，主要用于设备投资。
2026年前三季度，爱旭股份实现收入144.72亿元，归母净利润-7.09亿元。
