根据周邓快速路建设需要，将对现状S3沪奉高速周邓公路北侧上匝道实施迁改（向北约500米）。目前，新建的上匝道已完工具备通车条件，计划于2026年10月24日0时开放交通，原S3沪奉高速周邓公路北侧上匝道同步封闭实施拆除。
S3沪奉高速周邓公路北侧新建上匝道维持原交通管理措施不变。
