每经AI快讯，10月25日，万丰奥威(002085.SZ)公告称，公司全资子公司吉林万丰拟与新昌丰盛共同投资设立浙江丰盛材料科技有限公司，注册资本1100万元。其中吉林万丰出资770万元，持股70%；新昌丰盛出资330万元，持股30%。本次交易构成关联交易，已获董事会审议通过。
