有报道称，日本政府拟于12月通过新版“安保三文件”。对此，11月5日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆回应称，日本“再军事化”狂飙突进，不断突破“专守防卫”，严重威胁地区和平稳定，挑战战后国际秩序，国际社会必须高度警惕、共同遏制。
