11月6日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍治理黄河80年有关情况，并答记者问。水利部副部长王宝恩表示，80年来，党领导人民大力推进黄河流域水利基础设施建设，科学开发利用水能水资源，建成了人民胜利渠、引洮供水等工程5.4万余座。
