2026 年 3 月 25 日，黔灵山公园旅游基础设施提升项目启动设计招标。项目将围绕园区多区域进行升级改造，含动物园食草区山水截流、动物展示区品质提升，黔灵湖木栈道、护栏、步道翻新，同时对园区座椅维修更换、标识标牌全面更新，还将在西门至北门沿线增设摄像头，全方位升级游玩体验与园区配套，让老牌公园焕新颜。
