6月21日下午，东莞上市公司“思泉新材”发布公告，公司副总裁兼董事会秘书郭智超于2026年6月19日因意外交通事故不幸去世。据悉，郭智超女士出生于1986年10月，年仅40岁。

思泉新材在公告中表示，截至本公告披露日，郭智超女士不持有公司股票，对郭智超女士所做的努力和贡献深表感谢，对其去世致以沉痛哀悼，并向其家人致以深切慰问。
