日前，县市场监督管理局发布公告，364户公司被吊销营业执照、责令关闭或者被撤销已逾三年，至今未办理注销登记手续。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百四十一条和《强制注销公司登记制度实施办法》的规定，决定予以强制注销。
