近日，光明区公布了最新一批有资格申请报租房的单位，一共有21家。
这两年，深圳的公租房大多需要审核收入财产，退租补贴也比以前少了，很多人寄希望于保租房。
保租房有面向个人的，也有面向企业的。因此，如果你恰好在这些单位中，那么租到保租房的概率就要高很多。
