【越乔】获悉，据 武汉文化创意产业投资发展有限公司申报的新建文化、商业、公园绿地项目（龟北地区启动片地块）规划方案批前公示显示，该项目 位于汉阳区鹦鹉大道与知音大道交汇处东南侧，项目保留改造37栋、改扩建3栋、新建2栋建筑。
据总建筑指标显示，规划净用地面积139770.23平方米，总建筑面积117141.52平方米。
