【越乔】获悉，2026年7月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况 出炉， 70个大中城市中， 一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比总体上涨，二三线城市环比下降。其中， 武汉6月新房房价环比上涨0.1%，二手房房价环比止跌。 1-7月房价指数如下：
新房房价环比：涨、涨、跌、平、涨、涨、涨。
二手房价环比：跌、跌、跌、涨、跌、跌、平。
另外，武汉 7月新建商品住房成交7725套，环比6月的12909套下跌，总体看，7月份武汉新房市场走出“量跌价涨”新行情。
