9月2日，国电南瑞（600406）发布关于以集中竞价交易方式股份回购进展情况的公告。公告显示，国电南瑞股份回购方案于2026年7月19日提议，8月14日董事会审议通过，实施期限不超过12个月。预计回购金额5亿元至10亿元，用途为员工持股计划或股权激励。
截至2026年8月31日，公司累计已回购股份386.98万股，占总股本0.048%，累计支出8898.4979万元，回购价格区间为22.71元/股至23.09元/股。
