9月2日，南山铝业（600219）发布关于以集中竞价交易方式回购股份的进展公告。公告显示，南山铝业自2026年1月9日至2027年1月8日实施股份回购方案，截至2026年8月31日累计已回购金额405,094,358.73元，累计回购股数75,299,000股，占公司总股本比例约0.66%。
其中，2026年8月单月回购金额为57,834,052.00元，回购股数12,045,400股。本次回购资金总额预计在3亿元至6亿元区间，用途为注销并减少公司注册资本。
此外，因2025年度权益分派，回购价格上限自2026年5月20日起由原不超过7.52元/股调整为不超过7.38元/股，回购价格区间为3.98元/股至7.41元/股。
