9月4日，ST易联众（300096）发布公告，公司向深圳证券交易所申请撤销对公司股票交易实施其他风险警示。
公告提到，公司相关违规担保、违规借款事项已通过生效仲裁裁决、生效民事判决等方式消除，被实施“其他风险警示”的情形已全部消除。而且，公司不存在其他违规担保或控股股东或者其关联方非经营资金占用、违规财务资助的情形。
2026年中期，ST易联众实现收入1.82亿元，归母净利润-4764万元。
