9月4日，茂名市自然资源局公示，官渡片区上高小区两地块合并为SHG-01地块办理规划条件，位于高凉北路东侧、官渡五路北侧、官渡公园旁，为商业用地（兼容二类居住）。
地块用地面积14564.86平方米（约21.8亩），商业建面不超4.6万平方米、居住建面不超13059平方米，商业限高120米，居住平均限高80米。
公示期至9月14日。官渡公园旁的好地段，未来有望多一个大型商场。
