眼下，江苏宝应万亩芡实陆续进入采摘期，采摘工人们在水中紧张忙碌，随处可见丰收景象。芡实又名鸡头米，形似莲子、色如珍珠，素有“水中人参”的美誉，具有较高的营养价值与药用价值，是带动当地强村富民的“致富果”。
