饭店大厨酒后吐真言？聪明人下馆子不会点这四道菜，他说的对吗？

大家这个五一假期都是怎么度过的呢？除了出去旅游放松心情之外，当然避免不了朋友聚餐。而说到聚餐，有些人选择在家烹饪一些美味佳肴来招待客人，当然还有一些人觉得自己厨艺不够好，便选择去饭店就餐。

去饭店吃饭，不用在乎饭后刷碗的情况，而且还能享受到热闹的氛围，但是经常去饭店吃饭的人都知道，简单的菜品，经过饭店大厨的烹饪，变得色香味俱全，当然价格也是比在家做的价格要高很多，有些人吃饭只在乎口感，不注重价格，而有些人会精打细算，既想吃好，又想花最低的价格，可所谓各有所求吧！

五一假期在一次朋友聚会中，大家聊得很尽兴，其中就有一位在饭店的大厨借着酒劲，酒后吐真言，告诉我们聪明人下馆子从不会点这四道菜，大家看看他说得对吗？你认不认同呢？

1、酸辣土豆丝

酸辣土豆丝是在饭店就餐时，出现频率较高的一道菜，吃着酸辣爽口，十分开胃，尤其是搭配上米饭来吃，那可是妥妥的下饭菜。这道菜也是饭店厨师喜欢做的菜品之一，因为没有复杂的烹饪技巧，旺火快炒一下就可以出锅，而这样一道菜在饭店卖到了小20元，成本很低，利润很是可观。

2、梅菜扣肉

梅菜扣肉属于客家名菜之一，这道菜肥而不腻，入口醇香，味道非常棒，对于爱吃肉又怕腻的小伙伴是不可多得美味。而这道菜由于做法比较繁琐，就单说肉的做法就需要经过三种烹饪方法，一煮二炸三蒸，完整的一道菜做下来需要少说也得一个小时左右，很是费时间，于是有些商家为了化繁为简，减少顾客等待时间，选择提前做好，顾客点的时候加热一下，但是这样就无法保证食材的新鲜程度，而且有些小饭店可能还会直接上预制菜，那就失去了去饭店就餐的意义。

3、肉末蒸蛋

肉末蒸蛋是在鸡蛋羹的前提下引出的一道菜，这道菜的精华在于口感上更加丰富，入口蛋羹滑嫩，肉香四溢，复合型口味的一道菜，很是受老人和孩子的喜欢，不过就是价格不便宜，一道菜在饭店卖到了20多元的价格，有些爱精打细算小伙伴觉得价格过于昂贵。

4、烧油麦

餐桌上荤素搭配吃的才有营养，而肉菜吃多了，吃点素菜，感觉比肉还要香呢！而在众多的素菜当中，烧油麦就成了顾客爱点的菜品之一，吃着清淡爽口，解腻，
