9月9日，#鲜花饼吐痰#词条登上微博热搜。有公开报道表示，网友发帖称：自己所在的学校派学生去云南嘉X制作鲜花饼，一天工作12个小时仅50块钱工资，并称“我们都往鲜花饼里吐口痰”。且根据其他网友推测，该帖所指的“嘉X”为云南嘉华食品有限公司。
对此，嘉华官方旗舰店客服回应称，网传相关信息并不实，品牌始终重视食品安全管控与员工权益保障。
