晚餐只做两道菜，不用油烟也能吃出精致感，这才是懒人最舒服的极简生活。

秋风萧瑟，一场接了一场的冷雨落下，在窗外梧桐树上打着旋儿飘落下来的时候屋内也变得凉快了几度。

真正的秋天，终于在这一场连绵的雨中给门敲开了。

天一凉，人的胃口就仿佛被唤醒了一只沉睡的野兽似的，在心里想着热乎的东西。

今天晚上老两口的晚餐很简单，就是蒸和煮两种菜上桌后一股扑鼻而来的香味很快充满整个屋子老公进门就说丰盛了直嚷着日子过得很舒服。

平时工作很忙，老公下班回来总是疲惫不堪，在家里还要赶着去球场锻炼身体，嘴里总叨咕没饭吃。

只管笑，随便揭开高压锅盖的时候那股混合着板栗的甜味和排骨浓郁鲜香的味道瞬间就让他陷入了其中。

生活其实不需要太多繁文缛节，最好的滋味往往藏在最简单的烹饪里。

板栗蒸排骨，是秋天里的一道心头好。

这道菜不用在油烟里摸爬滚打，避开了呛人的烟雾，并且保护了皮肤的同时也让食材恢复到最原始的新鲜味道。

排骨在蒸汽的包裹下，油脂溢出，板栗就像一个贪婪地吸取水分的棉球一样把鲜美的油和肉全都吸走了。

板栗的粉糯、排骨的软烂在口中融合在一起，轻轻一抿就可以把肉从骨头上拆下来了，在咀嚼的过程中齿颊留香的感觉比吃大鱼大肉还要实在。

古人认为栗子是五果之首。

秋天的恩赐，既健脾补肾又犒劳了这一季。

每年秋天到来的时候，我都会准备几十斤迁西板栗。

板栗个头不大，但口感绵密如秋日暖阳一般，在吃下的一刹那心里也变得甜了起来。

很多人认为剥栗子很麻烦，其实方法不对。

我有个方法，栗子洗净后，在壳上用剪刀做“十”字形切割，并放入空气炸锅里200度烤5分钟。

时间一到，栗子就张开口笑起来，剥的时候非常快，在两秒之内一个接一个小地被挑出来，并且在一分钟内就可以把一大碗的量装满。

蒸菜的时候，砂锅里咕嘟着酸菜粉丝汤。

东北的乳酸菌酸菜没有那些乱七八糟的添加剂，配料表干净得像一张白纸。

它不是尖锐的酸，而是温润的鲜。

加几片油豆腐，放一把粉丝，在上面撒上一些蘑菇、胡萝卜丝等调料后热一下就可以直接摆到桌上。

很多人对酸菜有误解，认为它是腌制食品，并且不健康。

其实，只要学会看配料表、避开科技和狠活之后选择乳酸菌自然发酵的，并且不用操心亚硝胺的问题的话，则助消化的效果更好。

这就类似于做人，守住自己的本心，并且拒绝那些浮夸的修饰，在这样的心态下才能拥有最纯粹的一面。

做这顿饭，我有个小诀窍。

排骨洗净之后，只用盐、料酒、酱油以及少许淀粉拌匀腌制一下，这样可以使肉质更嫩。

栗子垫底、排骨铺面、料酒浇在上面，然后放进高压锅里。

上汽后转小火焖20分钟，那排骨软烂得筷子一拨就散、栗子更是糯得像板粟泥。

粉丝汤就是随心所欲，酸菜、蘑菇先下锅煸出香味后再加水煮开，在加入的水中放入了泡软好的粉丝后立刻就可以食用到。

快手做法虽然看上去随意，但实际上是对于时间的一种最精确的控制。

其实生活中的幸福感，很多时候就体现在这一蒸一煮的烟火气中。

我们总是追求所谓的精致，而忘记了最原始的味蕾记忆。

两个人坐在桌前，看着热气氤氲，在聊着琐碎的日常时那种简单而真实的满足感才是日子最厚重的颜色。

看着老公大口地吃着排骨，那一筷子夹起一大把粉丝的样子让人忍不住想笑，在这样的秋风、雨天里也感觉挺好的了，只要家里有热腾的汤水就好。

人生短暂，如草木之秋。

我们在这凉意渐浓的季节里，并不是在填饱肚子，而是一种最朴实的方式去对抗生活中的冷清。

别让忙碌遮蔽了生活本味，哪怕只有两个菜，只要是用心准备的，就是对家人、对自己最深情的告白。

这一碗汤、一盘肉，暖胃安心得是人心。
