报告领袖去世也获罪
1976年9月某日，包头一位老农民对没来得及回队听广播的乡亲说：“报告一个悲痛的好消息，伟大领袖去世了。”谁知，竟然被关押被游街被判刑。从被抓到服刑，他一直极力申辩说：“伟大领袖终年82岁，按老规矩年过80就是喜丧啦，不说好消息，我该怎么说。”但就是没人搭理他。直到1978年12月，最高法《关于抓紧复查纠正冤假错案请示报告》被批复，他才一拨轰，而放了回来。
