近日，一条“黑狗祭车”视频引发关注。视频中，一男子拎着被切开颈部的黑狗，将狗血绕洒新车一周并涂抹车轮。
记者核实，事发地为福建三明宁化县城郊镇某汽贸店。当地镇政府党政办工作人员称，已介入核查，此事系个人行为，将尽快公布调查结果。
