每经快讯，波音官网9月11日发布的消息显示，公司已向工程师工会SPEEA提交最终合同方案：方案获批后将立即为工程师提供10%的保底薪资涨幅，2027年3月还将追加4%的加薪。波音称，工会谈判团队目前正建议成员投出赞成票。该合同还规定2028年、2029年、2030年每年设置6%的薪资调整池，且每年保底薪资涨幅不低于4%。
