9月18日，内江市东兴区永福镇盘陀村，家庭医生在失能老年人家中采集健康数据。
金秋时节，内江市东兴区永福镇卫生院针对辖区失能老年人的实际，组织家庭医生团队奔忙在田间地头，农家院落，开展“健康敲门”行动，上门为失能老年人进行健康体检、用药指导、健康教育，采集健康数据，解决失能群体就医不便的难题，用心守护他们的健康幸福晚年。 （樊文秀 摄）
