【越南VinSpeed与西门子签署合同 合作建设两条高速铁路】财联社9月22日电，越南Vingroup旗下VinSpeed公司与西门子交通签署交钥匙合同，将合作建设河内—广宁、滨城—芹耶两条高速铁路，合同金额最高达10亿欧元。根据协议，VinSpeed负责项目开发、轨道建设及土建工程，西门子交通将提供技术及铁路系统，包括10列Velaro Novo高速列车，以及通信和电气化系统。两条线路全长分别为121公里和54公里，共设6座车站。
