据日本广播协会电视台今天（9月23日）报道，受今年第25号台风“杜鹃”带来的破纪录大雨影响，日本千叶县和神奈川县接连发生地质灾害以及河流泛滥导致的浸水灾害，截至目前已造成10人死亡、4人下落不明。
