此次全幅恢复通行分两个节点有序推进——
9月24日下午3时，项目正式启动交通导改，三亚往海口方向车流平稳转换至左侧车道通行，顺利完成左幅车道恢复通车；
9月25日上午7时30分，海口至三亚方向车道同步开放，大茅隧道实现全幅双向通行。
