9月23日凌晨，在“海洋光谱号”邮轮从韩国济州返回上海途中，一名85岁中国籍男性旅客突发心肺功能障碍，伴发严重呼吸困难症状，情况危急，急需上岸接受重症监护治疗。浦江边检站、宝山海关等口岸联检单位开通“生命绿色通道”，邮轮提前3小时靠岸，实现从海上到陆地医疗救治的无缝衔接，患者转危为安。
