处暑后，坚持吃这4样，湿气没了，气色更亮了，整个人是不是轻了5斤！

处暑一到，太阳还是有劲儿，可那股闷湿劲儿已经开始往回收了。很多人以为天凉一点就轻松了，结果早上起不来，白天脑袋发沉，肚子还老觉得鼓，脸上油光发亮，整个人像拎不起来的面口袋。问题不一定是吃少了，更多时候是伏天攒下的湿气没散干净，脾胃一虚，运化就慢，水湿在身体里打转，越拖越难受。

这类情况，光靠饿肚子真不灵。中医里讲脾主运化，脾一弱，吃进去的东西就像堵在路上的车，水湿排不出去，人就容易困、沉、肿、黏。处暑前后，家常食材比那些花里胡哨的网红补法更实在，白扁豆、山药、小米、莲子这些东西，价格不贵，厨房里就能凑齐，做成粥、汤、菜、茶，顺着脾胃慢慢调，比硬扛强得多。

先说白扁豆山药小米粥。炒过的白扁豆先泡一小时，和莲子一起先煮，后面再下小米，最后放山药丁，小火熬到软糯。炒白扁豆这东西，老辈人特别认，讲究的就是它健脾化湿。山药是稳当货，养脾胃不张扬，莲子也温和，熬出来一碗，吃着不冲，肚子里舒服。山东人讲究实在，早上来这么一碗，胜过空着肚子硬上班。

这种粥最适合那种一到下午就发困、饭后犯迷糊、舌头边上总有齿痕的人。很多人减肥，一上来就不吃主食，米饭面条全砍了，结果人更虚，湿气反倒赖着不走。脾胃最怕乱折腾，主食不是敌人，吃对了反而是帮手。小米本身就比较温和，和白扁豆、山药搭在一起，口感顺，肚子也不闹腾，老人孩子都能吃。

再看冬瓜茯苓老鸭汤。老鸭半只，焯水后和茯苓、无花果、姜片一起炖，后面再下冬瓜。这个组合挺有意思，老鸭清补不燥，茯苓利水渗湿，冬瓜专门帮着代谢水湿。无花果一放进去，汤底会带一点自然的清甜，不用再弄一堆调料，喝着清爽。处暑时节最怕那种一边出汗一边进补，越补越堵，这锅汤就没有这个毛病。

这类汤对那种虚胖、水肿、早上眼皮有点浮的人挺友好。尤其是伏天爱喝冰饮、爱吃烧烤、夜里还不睡的人，身体里的水湿和热气常常搅成一团，表面看是胖，其实是堵。鸭汤不是仙丹，可它至少比奶茶、炸鸡、重油火锅来得顺。老祖宗讲药食同源，不是摆样子，是把吃饭这件事往对了引。

陈皮这东西，老广爱用，咱北方人其实也该常备一点。它不是啥神秘玩意，就是晒干陈化后的橘皮，但一到汤里、茶里，味道马上立起来。茯苓更是老牌子，古书里早就有记载，性子平和，适合长期调养。麦芽也不陌生，家里老人有时候消化不舒服，过去就会用它。把这三样放一起，比乱喝一堆甜饮料靠谱。茶味淡，肚子却能慢慢松开，饭后坐在客厅里喝一杯，挺像过日子的样子。

处暑这阵子，很多人的问题不只是湿，还夹着暑热的尾巴。外头热，屋里空调吹着冷，冷热一折腾，脾胃最容易闹脾气。脾胃一旦乱套，吃进去的东西就容易变成负担。为什么有些人明明吃得不多，还是觉得沉？因为不是吃多了，是运化慢了。身体像一口锅，火候不对，再好的食材也熬不出味道。

还有些人喜欢一味节食，早上不吃，中午随便对付，晚上又怕胖，吃两口就停。结果呢，越节越虚，越虚越湿。脾胃怕空，也怕冷，长期不正经吃饭，运化能力就容易掉链子。很多减肥卡住的人，体重不动，脸色先黄，手脚先凉，精神头也跟着差，这不是身体跟你作对，是你把它晾一边了。饭吃得对，比少吃更重要。

家里有老人孩子的，更能看出来。老人到了七十多岁，脾胃功能本来就弱，太油太腻不合适；孩子在十来岁，正是长身体的时候，也不能瞎折腾。像这几样食补，粥有谷物，汤有清润，菜有纤维，茶有消食作用，搭配起来不乱。做饭的人省心，吃饭的人也踏实。俺在家里做这些，媳妇和俩儿子都能吃，老爹老娘也不挑，桌上一端，基本就能看出一家人都舒服。

山东人吃饭讲究一个大大方方，不搞虚的。湿气这事也一样，别靠网上那些玄乎说法。少贪凉，少重油重甜，别顿顿外卖，别一边喊着养生一边冰啤酒下肚，这都不叫养。老话说病从口入，放到湿气这事上，一点不假。今天喝一碗粥，明天炖一锅汤，后天炒一盘藕片，再配一壶茶，吃得稳，身体就慢慢稳下来。

处暑之后，厨房里最该上的，不是大鱼大肉的排场，是这些看着普通、吃着顺口的家常东西。粥给脾胃打底，汤把水湿往外带，菜让饭桌清爽，茶帮着消食解腻。身体发沉的时候，先别急着怪自己胖，先看看是不是吃得太杂、太凉、太急。把饭吃明白了，人就容易轻快，脸色也容易透亮，走起路来都像脚底下少了两斤泥
