9月30日，金华市婺城区秋滨街道社区卫生服务中心建设工程规划许可批前公示。
项目位于双林街以东，规划四路以南，仙华北街以西，八达路以北。规划总用地面积5733.97㎡，建筑密度33.10%，容积率1.81，绿地率35.03%。
该项目用地性质为医疗卫生用地，拟建建筑用途为社区卫生服务中心。本期建筑占地面积1898.11㎡，地上建筑面积10374.20㎡（计容建筑面积10374.20㎡），地下建筑面积4067.22㎡（不计容）。
