秋分后使劲吃，一润燥，二清肝火，三化痰，四增免疫，好吃正当季，顺时而食，安稳顺利过深秋

在整个秋季中，秋分犹如一道分水岭，将上半场与下半场区分开来，此前主要是以残余的暑热渐渐消退为主，天气也多是燥热的状态。而进入后半场以后，秋日的清凉占据主导，此后气温一天天下降，故有“秋分寒露夜，一夜凉一夜”，这毫不夸张，是可以明显感受到的。当然在秋分以后，除了凉，还有另外一个重要特征，那便是燥，空气特别干，容易令人咳嗽，有痰等。

俗话说应季而养身体好，遵循凉和燥的特点，在秋分以后要多吃些相应的食物。下面就来跟大家分享4样，一润燥，二清肝火，三化痰，四增免疫，好吃正当季，顺时而食，安稳顺利过深秋，要重视。

一、山药

秋日里讲究食根，其堪称是根类当中的典范。丰富的黏液质，纤维素，多糖类，钾，磷，铁等，帮助我们滋润肺脏，改善脾胃，调理身体，增强免疫等。现在正当上市的季节，可以煮汤，炒菜，制作面食等，吃法多样，换着方式给家人做起来吧。

1、最简单的吃法莫过于素炒了，先抓一些黑木耳，置于碗中，用清水泡上。

2、来处理其他的蔬菜，山药要削皮，而后切大片，先用清水洗洗。再切点胡萝卜以及柿子椒，都整理成片的形状。而后把木耳洗好，将每一朵的根部都修剪掉。

3、锅里放油，葱花蒜在里头烹香，而后把蔬菜都放里头去，迅速地扒拉，炒两三分钟后，淋上些许的生抽，蚝油，撒盐，继续炒炒，令其入味之后，马上装盘出锅。

二、菠菜

前几天回老妈家，菜园子里的菠菜已经蓬勃出了一大片，翠绿翠绿的，带回了一大袋。又到了吃菠菜的时节，其嫩嫩的，带着淡淡的香味。其被誉为“养肝高手”，丰富的叶绿素，纤维素，叶酸，维A等，可以帮助我们降肝火，润燥生津，促进代谢，增强免疫等。这段时间迎来可口的时节，别忘了给家人多吃些，轻松舒畅，健康度秋。

1、它的做法也很多，炒菜又做汤，包饺子也很美味。首先来将其摘洗好了，多冲冲，有些叶子上有小颗粒，要洗到位。

2、先在锅里放宽水煮沸，其撒进去，十几秒后马上夹出来。用清水冲凉，攥掉多余的水，继续切碎。

3、碗里放两个鸡蛋，少许盐，搅散以后把菜放里头，与之搅一搅，混合到一起。

4、在锅里放油，均匀烧热时倒进去，硅胶铲轻轻摊开，凝固时翻一下，继续加热一两分钟。鸡蛋为焦黄色就好了。盛出剪成小块，摆盘后便可上桌。鲜香可口，健康营养足。

三、梨

家里有个上幼儿园的娃，每当换季的时候我都格外注意，秋日里一直在家里备着梨。几乎每天都要吃。其是对抗秋燥的“高手”，有助于润肺化痰，清内热，用了煮汤或是煮粥喝，生津滋润，非常舒服，家里人都爱喝。

1、这里搭配了雪梨，我一般是哪种便宜选哪种，把皮刮掉后，水冲一冲，再将其切小块，以便煮透，更大程度上发挥价值。

2、另外泡了一小把枸杞，小米，燕麦米和大米各适量，洗好先在锅里用清水泡上。

3、大约半小时，把梨倒进去，搅一搅开始煮，上汽后二十分钟就好了。等到自然消气再打开，枸杞撒进去，勺子搅一搅，焖五六分钟便好了。喝起来清甜可口，解渴又滋润。

四、白蘑菇

秋分以后，温差会更加明显，而且冷空气活动增加，冷热交替中最考验人们的免疫力。届时可以多搭配些菌类，其中富含氨基酸，多糖类，硒，以及抗氧化物等，能够在一定程度上帮助我们提升免疫。当然其本身也有着鲜美的滋味，做成菜肴特别香。

1、白蘑菇比较嫩，用清水冲一冲，而后擦干，改刀切成大块即可。

2、搭配些牛里脊，片成小块，放入生抽，蚝油，地瓜粉，抓匀了，再淋上一点玉米油，腌十几分钟。

3、锅中淋油，等到热透后肉先倒进去，在里边扒拉一会儿，每一块都成型时先盛起来。

4、白蘑菇放里边，继续翻炒，将其炒透，淋上些许生抽，盐，调整味道，而后放回牛肉，混合炒匀，撒些黑胡椒，便做好了。
