建议女人不要太节俭，常吃这8样，含植物营养，皮肤光滑气色好

不少姐妹总把“省下钱花在刀刃上”挂嘴边：剩菜热三顿舍不得倒，买个护肤品要对比半个月，连买菜都专挑最蔫的特价菜，却不知道女人的好气色从来不是靠“省”出来的——与其囤一堆没用完就过期的护肤品，不如把日常饭桌上的小成本花到位，这8道自带天然植物营养的家常菜，做法简单成本低，常吃脸不黄、气不亏，素颜出门都被问用了什么贵价精华。

一、白菜牛肉汤

准备食材: 白菜、牛肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，接着加入姜丝、生粉和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净白菜切成小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入适量的清水大火煮开。

3、然后倒入白菜煮一分钟煮熟，再倒入牛肉煮半分钟，煮至变色即可。

4、接着往里加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、虾皮烧冬瓜

食材

黑皮冬瓜、淡干虾皮、葱姜、生抽、老抽、蚝油、白胡椒粉、水淀粉、香油

做法

1. 冬瓜去皮去瓤切方块，冲洗干净黏液；

2. 虾皮无油小火焙干微黄，炒出鲜味盛出；

3. 热油爆香葱姜，下冬瓜中火煎至边缘透明；

4. 烹料酒，加生抽、老抽、蚝油，加适量热水烧开；

5. 小火盖盖焖8分钟，冬瓜软烂后倒入虾皮、撒白胡椒粉；

6. 大火收汁，淋水淀粉薄芡，滴香油、撒葱花即可。

三、红烧肉

食材：五花肉 500 克、冰糖 30 克、生抽 2 勺、老抽 1 勺、料酒 1.5 勺、姜片 10 克

做法：

1.五花肉洗净切块，放入锅中加葱姜、料酒焯水。

2.焯水后洗净，下锅煸出油，锅中留油加入冰糖炒出糖色，倒入五花肉翻炒上色。

3.加3勺生抽、1勺料酒、1勺蚝油、半勺老抽和葱姜蒜、八角，开水没过食材，大火煮开，小火炖50分钟收汁即可。

四、平菇蒸梅肉

准备食材: 猪梅肉、平菇、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、猪梅肉切成薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽、食盐、胡椒粉和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净平菇撕小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的猪梅肉铺在平菇上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、大火蒸煮二十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、虾滑紫菜汤

食材： 虾滑200克、紫菜1小把、鸡蛋1个、姜片、葱花、盐、白胡椒粉、香油

做法：

1、锅中加清水，放姜片烧开。

2、用勺子将虾滑挤成小丸子，下入锅中。

3、虾滑浮起后，加入紫菜。

4、鸡蛋打散，缓缓淋入形成蛋花，加盐、白胡椒粉调味。

5、撒葱花，滴几滴香油即可。

六、红薯叶炒蒜蓉

食材：红薯叶一把、蒜末多一点、盐、油

步骤：

1. 红薯叶摘嫩尖嫩叶，老梗扔掉，洗净沥干。

2. 热锅倒油，下一半蒜末爆香。

3. 红薯叶下锅大火快翻，叶子一塌下去就加盐。

4. 撒剩下那半蒜末，翻两下出锅。

七、番茄滑牛肉

食材：牛里脊、番茄、姜蒜、生抽、淀粉、盐、少许白糖

做法：

1）牛肉切成薄片，用生抽、淀粉、少许油抓匀，腌制十分钟。番茄去皮后切成小块。

2）起锅放油，爆香姜蒜，下入番茄反复翻炒，炒出满满的番茄汤汁，加入少许白糖中和酸味。

3）添入适量清水，烧开后将牛肉一片片分散下锅。

4）牛肉完全变色后立即放盐关火，切不可煮太久，否则牛肉口感会变柴。

食材

青椒6个，猪肉末200克，生姜、蒜末，生抽2勺，蚝油1勺，淀粉，少许盐、白糖，老抽半勺，清水适量。

做法

1. 猪肉末加姜末、一勺生抽、少许盐、半勺淀粉，顺着一个方向搅拌上劲，腌制十分钟。

2. 青椒洗净，切掉蒂部，掏出里面的籽，把调好的肉馅满满塞进青椒里面。

3. 起锅烧油，中小火把青椒两面煎至表皮起皱微焦，盛出备用。

4. 锅留底油，下蒜末炒香，加入生抽、蚝油、老抽、少许白糖和小半碗清水搅匀。

5. 放入酿好的青椒，小火焖煮八分钟，中途翻面，最后开大火收浓汤汁即可出锅。
