本报乌鲁木齐10月15日电 (记者尚嵘峥)《新疆维吾尔自治区旅游民宿促进和管理条例》近日公布，自2027年2月1日起施行。
条例明确，鼓励通过回购、租赁、置换等方式，将闲置的庭院、宅基地、住宅等资源，按照规划要求和用地标准改造、扩建、新建旅游民宿；支持将具备条件的农村闲置资源或者老旧镇(街)区整体盘活、改造，用于发展旅游民宿；鼓励居民利用自有住宅自主经营旅游民宿。
