10月16日，位于赤松镇黄泥垄村的根成年糕坊内热火朝天。10月以来，年糕制作步入旺季，经过磨粉、蒸粉、拌粉等8道工序，一条条雪白的年糕陆续成型，米香弥漫整个工坊。
据介绍，目前根成年糕坊日均产量约1000斤。进入12月销售高峰期后，工坊日产量最高可达四五千斤。
