人民财讯10月19日电，商务部、海关总署公布对盾构机等物项实施出口管制的决定，根据《中华人民共和国出口管制法》《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》《中华人民共和国海关法》《中华人民共和国两用物项出口管制条例》有关规定，为维护国家安全和利益，经国务院批准，决定对下列物项实施出口管制：一、掘进机相关物项，二、步履式挖掘机相关物项，三、高原型湿喷机相关物项。
