这一次，他又来到了熟悉的“世界风筝之都”，见到了因风筝结缘的中国朋友们。
Now, he has returned to the familiar “Kite Capital of the World” to reunite with Chinese friends brought together by kites.
他是大卫・冈伯格，美国俄勒冈州临时众议长。这些年来，他曾7次到访山东。
He is David Gomberg, Speaker Pro Tempore of the Oregon House of Representatives, who has visited Shandong seven times over the years.
