齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月21日讯10月20日13时至21日6时全市平均降雨量2.5毫米，前三位的是利津侯王（水文站）9.5毫米、垦利西宋（水文站）9.0毫米、东营王营（水文站）8.0毫米。今年全市累计平均降水量409.9毫米，较去年同期（797.2）偏少387.3毫米，较常年同期（551.8）偏少141.9毫米。
预计今天白天东营市晴间多云，上午西北风风力较大，午后风力减弱。
