10月21日，国际复材（301526）发布公告，欧阳山因工作职责调整辞去公司首席合规官、总法律顾问职务，之后其仍担任公司董事、副总经理、财务总监，其原定任期至2027年5月27日止。
同时，公司聘任副总经理、董事会秘书黄敦霞兼任公司首席合规官、总法律顾问，任期至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
2026年中期，国际复材实现收入49.64亿元，归母净利润6.40亿元。
