10月24日17时许，四川威远县新场镇群众家养的一头牛突然发疯，在周边乱窜，破坏庄稼，存在伤人风险。接到求助后，威远县公安局特警携带95式自动步枪赶赴现场，在半山腰位置发现疯牛。民警先对周边群众进行疏散，排除安全隐患，征得牛主人同意后，开枪将疯牛成功击毙。记者：黄晓庆
