今年第31号台风“因法”（In-Fa）已于10月24日凌晨生成。这个编号让今年的编号台风数量追平2013年，并列成为本世纪以来最多的一年。
据相关消息，“因法”预计将以缓慢的速度向西北偏西方向移动，并逐渐加强。
不过，它不会对我国海域造成影响。
