2022年11月1日0时至24时，全市无新增本土确诊病例。全市报告新增本土无症状感染者16例，其中德城区9例，均系集中隔离点检出；夏津县4例，系重点人员筛查检出3例（ 2例省外入鲁人员、1例省外返鲁人员），集中隔离点检出1例；禹城市2例，均系集中隔离点检出；平原县1例，系集中隔离点检出，上述病例均已转运至定点医院隔离医学观察。
截至2022年11月1日24时，全市现有本土确诊病例0例；现有本土无症状感染者71例，其中德城区40例、禹城市19例、 夏津县 7 例、平原县2例、武城县2例、宁津县1例。
