上海多家餐饮企业被罚。
近日上海市场监管局对多家小型餐饮企业进行了罚款。理由是在没有取得冷食类食品制售许可的情况下，往凉皮里加入了黄瓜丝。因为黄瓜丝属于生食，所以涉及到冷食需要相关许可证才可以制售。
