关于人民陪审员参审案件数量上限的
公告
为保障人民陪审员均衡参审，按照《中华人民共和国人民陪审员法》第二十四条规定，结合本院实际情况，确定每名人民陪审员2024年度参与审判案件的数量上限为50件，参审数达到50件的人民陪审员，本年度不再安排参审。
