【上海印发促进新材料产业高质量发展实施方案】《实施方案》明确上海市将聚力建设纤维、膜、生物制造3大创新高地，培育壮大复合材料、催化新材料、电子化学品、高温超导、石墨烯5个产业集群，打造深度赋能的材料智能引擎，建设“3+5+1”新材料产业发展体系。提出到2027年，3大创新高地和5个集群占新材料产值比重达到90%，加快建设世界级先进材料产业高地。（工信微报）
