3月14日，网传一张图片，图片显示，广东省韶关市翁源县一个民营企业，向本地公安局发出“紧急救助信”，要求当地公安机关制止湖南某地公安机关干预本地一宗经济纠纷、进行“远洋捕捞”的行为。笔者联系发函单位“翁源县亘富置业有限公司”，该公司负责人称发函一事属实。
