第二步：进入“服务”页面－“就业创业”－“就业失业登记”－“就失业登记查询”。
第三步：可以查看就业创业证的编号、发证日期和发证机构，同时可以查看就业登记信息和失业登记信息，若需要电子证件，点击电子证下载。
第四步：打开电子证件，可进行分享和打印。
